Jeffrey has worked extensively in the corporate world designing and delivering coaching and training programs for companies such as Trader Corporation, Claimsecure, Fluke Networks Canada, IBK Capital Corporation, Securit Records Management, Lakeridge Health Centre, Geosign Corp., Trimark Athletic Supplies and Sprint Canada. Jeffrey has also worked in the outplacement field for 12 years with organizations such as Nexcareer Services, DBM and Mainstream Access providing services to Sony Canada, AT&T, Bell Canada,Telus, Goodyear, Aegon, and Nike. He has been a professor and career counsellor for both Seneca College and George Brown College.

In media, Jeff Baldock has appeared as an expert on Report on Business - Workopolis TV, CTV’s Canadian Living, TV Ontario’s Exploring Emerging Careers, Rogers TV10’s Youth and Employment. He has hosted and produced an 18 part television series Career Planning for Success on Sarnia’s TV Six. As a workplace authority, Jeff’s writings have been featured in the National Post, Toronto Sun, Employment News, Metro News, Training Places, Maranatha News and Aware Magazine. He is the author of the Soaring to Success Coaching Handbook. Jeffrey has spoken to numerous business and community groups on the value of achieving excellence through clarity of one’s key talents, mission and vision, goals and plans.

Jeff holds a Masters degree in Education from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Social Works and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McMaster University and a General Business Diploma from Humber College. True Colors and Myers Briggs Type Indicator are two are of the assessment tools Jeff is qualified to deliver. He also holds the CTM level from Toastmasters International.

As a founder and leader of a support group for the homeless downtown Toronto, Jeffrey’s has helped restore dignity and hope for many. Adventurous, he has backpacked in areas including, South East Asia, India, Central America, Europe, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He has skydived seven times. Jeffrey is a talented singer, songwriter and guitarist who plays regularly for the audiences throughout Southwestern Ontario. Jeffrey is passionate about people exploring, discovering and achieving their full potential.
